What are the TOP 5 neighborhoods in the area of Lake Nona?
In this blog, I’m going to pop around five different neighborhoods that I consider to be some of the best in the Lake Nona area. We’re going to cover all different price ranges, luxury to median, and back again.
So without further ado, here we go!
#5: Laurel Pointe
- Amenities
Right in the heart of Lake Nona, Laurel Pointe has many beautiful new restaurants and shops, a few different hospitals, and a college campus. Aside from the beautiful resort style swimming pool, fitness center, and clubhouse, Laurel Pointe actually has bike paths that connect you to other bike paths in Lake Nona. This neighborhood is also very pet friendly with a 24-hour emergency maintenance service.
- Prices

#4: Laureate Park

Laureate Park is a beautiful award-winning community located in Lake Nona, designed to provide a luxurious lifestyle that is both convenient and comfortable. #3: Meridian Park

Known for its luxurious amenities that cater to the needs of its residents, Meridian Park also has resort style swimming pool, 24/7 state-of-the-art fitness center, a clubhouse complete with a bar and lots of seating areas so you can host awesome parties. This neighborhood welcomes dog lovers and nature lovers too, as there is a wonderful dog park and beautiful walking trails.

Home prices in Meridian Park are about $635,000 average, but they do have townhomes starting at $390,000.
#2: Eagle Creek

Eagle Creek is best for people with an active lifestyle. With its beautiful golfing community, Eagle Creek offers a huge range of amenities to its residents. First on the list is the Eagle Creek Golf Course, which is a championship golf course that offers 18 holes of golfing fun.

The median home price in Eagle Creek is $740,000. There are townhomes in the low $500,000 to upper $500,000. There is one luxury builder in the community and they’re building some gorgeous homes that are in the range of 1.2 million to around a little over 2 million.
#1: Lake Nona Country Club

Lake Nona Country Club is an exclusive and luxurious community that has a state-of-the-art fitness center, an amazing resort style swimming pool and a children’s pool, fine dining restaurants with impeccable service like spa, facials, massage, and body wraps.

Home prices start at about 2 million, but the median is about 3 million. There is still an opportunity to find a lot that you could build your dream home on. There are about seven lots available right now running from 2.8 million for lakefront lots and interior lots are about a million.
